Thanks for the compliment. I don’t think that your question sounds weird at all. I have been making a lot of house whipped creams lately for winter cocktails. I have been using a lot of salts and spices (cardamom is amazing). Let me know if you have any specific questions regarding it. Would love to hear about further success in regards as well.
